CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Role Summary:

The Client Service Associate will provide technical and client relationship support to Josh Tan and the Advisory Team. Furthermore, this candidate will be handling insurance and investment transactions for the team’s clients.

The Client Service Associate will also be responsible for providing paraplanning support and performing research regarding complex client issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Provide paraplanning and research support to Josh Tan and the advisory team

·      Assist clients with implementation of recommended and agreed-upon strategies

·      Work with team to ensure documentation and submissions are completed accurately

·      Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries

·      Working with the advisory team to manage client meets and fan events 

Minimum Requirements:

·      Ability to work independently with clarity in communicating work done on a daily basis (primarily via Zoom)

·      Strong attention to detail, poised, organized, and keen sense of urgency

·      Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

·      Strong skills with Microsoft Office products

·      Able to learn new digital documentation software

·      Keen interest in personal finance, investments and financial markets

Preferred Qualifications:

Have financial planning experience or finance industry experience

CONTENT AND DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Role Summary:

The content and digital marketing executive will be supporting Josh Tan and the marketing team to build content and grow the team's social media channels. Furthermore, this candidate will be supporting the marketing team to provide solutions, distribute digital products, implement and manage the overall team's marketing strategy.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Brainstorming and collaborating with team for content creation
• Scripting content and ensuring creation quality is aligned with brand standards
• Develop content script and manage content pipeline to meet business goals and achieve subscriber growth targets across different social media platforms
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to achieve content creation goals
• Manage email marketing campaigns 
• Sourcing, managing and communicating with sponsors to deliver marketing targets

Minimum Requirements: 

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
• Good experience in growing social media audience
• Familiar with video editing standards
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand and create content that will be effective with audiences
• Strong command of English with the ability to research into financial topics
• Ability to work independently with clarity in communicating work done on a daily basis (primarily via Zoom)

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1year of content marketing experience in the finance industry
